This website is operated by The Managed Desk, located in 477 Collins Street, Melbourne ("we", "us"). By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this website is
This website describes our services. It is information, not an offer, and nothing here forms a contract for services. Descriptions of features are current at the time of writing and may change as the platform develops. Where a statement here differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.
3. Product screens, illustrations and sample data
Screens on this website are illustrative representations of the platform, and the values shown in them are sample data. They demonstrate how the service works; they are not a customer's figures, a performance guarantee, or a quote.
4. Pricing
Pricing is quoted per organisation, by seat, site and service level, and is confirmed in writing before you commit to anything. Figures published anywhere else, or given verbally, are superseded by that written quote. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of GST.
5. Using the site properly
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or any connected system, interfering with its operation, scraping it at a volume that degrades it, or using it to break the law. Access to the client platform is governed by your agreement and by the identity controls described on our security page.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design, code and branding of this website are ours or licensed to us, and are protected by Australian and international law. You may read, print and share pages for the purpose of evaluating or using our services. You may not reproduce the site, or present its content as your own, without our written permission.
The platform is built on open-source software, whose licences we respect and observe. Nothing in these terms restricts rights granted to you under those licences.
7. Availability
We aim to keep this website available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it. Availability commitments that matter to you belong in a service agreement, not on a web page — and we will put them there in writing if you need them.

Where this site links to another organisation's site, that content is theirs and we are not responsible for it.

10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
