Questions

Before you book.

What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export everything — tickets, assets, knowledge articles, attachments and audit history — in an open format at any time, and we delete our copy on request in line with Australian privacy obligations.
Is the AI trained on our tickets?
No. ELLA answers from your knowledge base and records at the moment of asking. Your content is not used to train public or shared models, and every AI suggestion is logged with its source so it can be reviewed or overridden.
How long does implementation take?
A single site is typically live within two weeks, including data migration and staff onboarding. Multi-site and managed engagements are scoped with a named implementation plan and dates before you commit.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Monthly and annual terms are available, and there are no lock-in contracts. Enterprise and managed agreements are written to match your procurement requirements, including security schedules.
Can it work with the tools we already use?
Yes — email, Teams, and the common directory and finance systems are supported out of the box, with an API for the rest. Bring your current tool list to the demo and we will map it honestly, including what we do not do.

Service-desk health check

Six questions about your desk today. Everything below is your own numbers — the only assumption is the one you can move, and it is labelled.

Staff, carers, teachers or fee-earners who ever raise a request.

Tickets, emails and phone calls that turn into work. An estimate is fine.

From someone opening it to someone closing it, including waiting.

Salary plus on-costs, divided by productive hours. Not their pay rate.

Ticket system, asset spreadsheet, wiki, reporting, email inboxes…

Every place a person has to travel to or support separately.

Your assumption

Share of routine requests an assistant can fully answer from a knowledge base (password resets, how-do-I, licence questions). Default 30% is our planning assumption, not a measured result from a customer. Move it to whatever you believe, and we will measure the real figure during a pilot.

Your numbers

182 hSupport hours consumed each month
1.20 FTEWhole-person equivalent
$141,960Cost of that time each year
78 /monthRoutine requests an assistant could absorb
55 hHours that returns each month
$42,588Value of those hours each year

Nothing here is a quote. It is the arithmetic of your own inputs, and the outputs update as you move the sliders.

Read this before you use the number

  • This is arithmetic on your own inputs. It is not a quote, and it is not a claim about results we have achieved elsewhere.
  • The deflection figure is an assumption you control, shown with its default so you can argue with it.
  • A pilot replaces the assumption with your measured figure: we run your real requests for a month and count what the assistant actually absorbed.
How a price is built

What actually moves the number.

There is no published price list, and that is a deliberate choice: the honest number depends on four things, and a figure invented for a web page would waste your time in a procurement meeting.

Seats

How many people need an agent or administrator login. End users who raise requests are unlimited and are never billed per head.

Sites and tenants

How many locations, directorates or clients need their own scope, portal and reporting.

Service level

Response and resolution commitments, and whether the desk is staffed by us or by your team.

Migration and build

How much of your current data, catalogue and reporting has to be mapped and brought across.

Included in every plan: Australian hosting, MFA, unlimited end users, full data export, and no lock-in contract. Exclusions are written into the scope before you commit, not discovered afterwards.

Ready to see it on your own tickets?

Twenty minutes, no slide deck. Bring a real request and we will run it through the desk live.
