The demo

Twenty minutes, your own tickets.

No slide deck and no generic demo data. You bring three real requests, or an export of last month, and we work them in your categories at your priorities — then we run the test that matters most, which is whether one tenant can reach another.

Before you book

The two minutes fifty-one that replaces the first meeting.

Our own product film: the problem, the desk, what runs underneath, and who is in charge when the assistant gets it wrong.

0:00 — The problem

What a conventional desk actually costs once you count the licence, the engineers, the ticket staff and the payroll.

0:25 — One desk

Incidents, requests and assets in one record, and what that changes about reporting.

1:05 — Under the hood

Tickets, assets, knowledge and isolation — and the assurance that the assistant answers from your records, not the internet.

1:40 — Who decides

The assistant drafts; a person approves, edits or overrides, and the decision is attributed.

2:20 — Managed or self-run

Either you operate the desk, or we do it with a named account manager and commitments in writing.

The run sheet

Minute by minute, so nobody has to wonder.

This is the actual structure of the call. If you only have ten minutes, say so and we will drop straight to the isolation test and your three tickets.

0–2

Your context, not ours

Where the desk sits today, who runs it, what breaks most often, and what a good month looks like for you. No product slides.

2–6

The isolation test

We sign in as one tenant, open its records, then try to reach another tenant's. You watch the platform refuse it. This is deliberately first, because it is the question buyers actually have.

6–16

Your three tickets

We raise them through the portal, triage them, and show the assistant suggesting a priority, a category and a reply drawn from your kind of knowledge. We resolve one end to end so the report updates in front of you.

16–19

The parts that decide it

Assets and warranties, per-team deadlines, what the month-end pack looks like, and what onboarding would involve for your structure — including what we would not do.

19–20

A written scope, or a clear no

If it is a fit, you get a written scope and a price. If it is not, we say why — and there is no follow-up sequence.

What to bring

Three things, and any one of them is enough.

Bring this if you have it

  • Three real requests, screenshots or a description — the awkward ones are more useful
  • An export of last month's tickets (CSV is fine, and nobody outside the call sees it)
  • Your asset or device list, however messy, if assets are the part you care about

And one sentence

  • What currently annoys you most about your desk
  • Who has to approve a change of system, and what they will ask
  • Whether you want to run the desk or have it run for you

Anything you send us for a demo is used for that call and nothing else, and is deleted on request. See the privacy notice.
